Terms of Service

♥ Payment is made via Paypal Invoices.

♥ 5% of total payment is due up front before any work is started.

♥ You may ask for up to 5 small revisions for free. More revisions, large revisions, or complete redraws are subject to extra pricing.

♥ Once the sketch is approved, 50% of the leftover total quote is required.

♥ Final payment is made after a watermarked, low quality final piece is approved. At which point, you (the commissioner) shall receive the full, high quality image, and any requested assets.

♥ Chibi's typically come transparent. You may request a solid of textured background for free!

♥ Character work comes with a choice of transparent background, solid color bg, or simple bg (pattern, texture, shadow, shapes, etc.)

♥ Flat price is doubled for each additional figure.

♥ Additional items will result in a price increase between $5 - $10 for each respective item.

♥ Character complexity will result in a $5 - $10 price increase varying on level.

♥ Character design requests are an additional $20 flat fee.

♥ Unless specified and agreed upon, I (the artist) reserve the right to post any and all art created for the request to any personal websites, such as, but not limited to, twitter, tumblr, deviantart, etc.

♥ You (the commissioner) have the right to post your finished artwork anywhere online with credit to me (the artist) and a link back to any one of my profiles. (For example, if you bought artwork from me on DeviantART, you only need to post my DeviantART handle and a link back to my profile!)

♥ Please do not print, sell, and/or redistribute ANY of my art unless you have received express permission to do so.

♥ My artwork (personal, commissioned, etc.) may NOT be used as or made into an NFT (Non-Fungible Token)
